This policy outlines the conditions for requesting cancellations and refunds for services rendered by **Techtt Web & App Solution** ("Techtt"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Cancellation and Refund Policy for Development Services

Our services (Website Development, Mobile App Development, Custom Software) are project-based and involve significant upfront labor in planning, design, and setup. Therefore, the refund eligibility depends on the **stage of project completion**.

Initial Scope & Contract Signing	Within 7 days of signing the contract/making the initial deposit.	90% Refund of the initial deposit/payment. (A 10% processing fee covers administrative costs, legal review, and resource allocation).
Design/Wireframing Phase Started	Between 8 and 14 days after project commencement.	50% Refund of the initial deposit/payment. (The remaining amount covers time spent on initial consultation, requirement gathering, and foundational design mockups).
Development/Coding Phase Started	After 14 days or once coding/database construction has begun.	No Refund. At this stage, substantial labor, infrastructure costs, and resource hours have been irreversibly utilized.

2. Non-Refundable Services and Situations ❌

The following items and services are **strictly non-refundable**:

**Custom Software/Development:** Once the development phase (Section 1, Row 3) has started.
**Third-Party Costs:** Fees paid to third parties on the client's behalf (e.g., Domain Registration, Premium Software Licenses, Hosting Fees).
**Digital Downloads & Templates:** Including design assets, purchased themes, or source code delivered electronically.
**Consultation & Training Fees:** Fees charged specifically for one-time consultations, workshops, or training sessions already completed.
**Delays Due to Client:** If the project is stalled or canceled due to the client's failure to provide required content, feedback, or assets for a period exceeding **30 days**.

3. Refund Processing and Timeframe ⏱️

If your cancellation request meets the criteria above, the following procedure applies:

**Request Submission:** All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to **billing@techtt.com**.
**Review Period:** Techtt will review the request and the project progress within **5 working days**.
**Refund Issuance:** Once the refund is approved, the funds will be processed and returned to the original payment method (e.g., Credit Card, Bank Transfer).
**Timeframe:** Please allow **7 to 10 working days** from the date of approval for the funds to reflect in your account. Processing times may vary depending on the banking institution.
**Currency:** Refunds will be issued in the **same currency** and to the **same amount paid**, minus any applicable processing fees outlined in Section 1.
